If you upload, post, or otherwise make available any content on our Services ("Contributions"), you represent and warrant that: - You own the Contributions or have the necessary rights to use and grant us the license to use them. - The Contributions do not infringe any third-party rights. - The Contributions are not obscene, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful. By making Contributions, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your Contributions in any and all media.
If you download and use our mobile application, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the application on your personal devices. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the application. You may not use the application for any commercial purpose or to generate revenue without our prior written permission.
You may link your third-party social media accounts to our Services. By doing so, you grant us access to your social media content as necessary to provide our Services. You may deactivate this connection at any time through your account settings.
Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and have a policy of responding to notices of copyright infringement. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Singapore.
In no event shall Infinigames Pte. Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, lost profits, data loss, cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, or similar losses, even if Infinigames Pte. Ltd. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for access to our Services in the past 12 months, or 500 USD, whichever is greater.
